Vogue Polska an official partner of the Polish pavilion at La Biennale di Venezia
In April, we participated in the opening of the Polish Pavilion at the Venice Biennale, where the “Re-enchanting the World” exhibition by Małgorzata Mirga-Tas is displayed. Among the guests who appeared at the cocktail party to celebrate the opening, there was the artist herself, as well as the curators Joanna Warsza and Wojciech Szymański, numerous guests from Poland and all over the world and members and friends of the Vogue Polska editorial staff. The monumental tapestries by Mirga-Tas decorate the interior walls of the pavilion and a part of its front façade. They refer to strong female figures important to the Romany community, the concept of “peregrination of images” and an imperative to listen to those who had not been listened to for centuries. The exhibition was highly acclaimed by the critics and the international press.
