Our photos show dahlia-shaped Dior dresses and Fendi skirts decorated with a fish scale motif. “Hues for the upcoming seasons have fantastic connotations. They are mysteriously light silver, impenetrable like a dark enchanted forest, or electric like Aquatic Awe resembling astonishing and undiscovered sea depths,” writes Kamila Wagner.

Angelika Kucińska examines the phenomenon of Ireland, while Piotr Zachara wonders how the world of fashion is going to accept the smoking ban. “Are there two famous people per square metre in Ireland? Never before has this small island had so many world-famous Hollywood actors, sensationally popular bands or acclaimed writers receiving prestigious awards and publishing best-selling novels. Ireland rules,” writes Angelika Kucińska in her article titled “Emerald island of talents”. What makes this green island an object of envy of both post-Brexit Great Britain and the United States of America troubled by internal conflicts? Piotr Zachara writes a report from Milan, where smoking in public places has just been banned. What will the fashion world do without cigarettes? Read about it in the article titled “Ash in a handbag”.
